Job Overview:

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, and skilled in communication. This role involves visiting construction sites, meeting clients, promoting our machinery, and reporting to the office on Saturdays for planning and review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site visits to construction companies, contractors, and project sites from Monday to Friday
  • Promote and market construction equipment and machinery to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Generate new leads and follow up consistently
  • Meet monthly sales targets
  • Attend office every Saturday for reporting, reviewing performance, and planning next week's schedule
  • Provide insights on market conditions, customer requirements, and competitor activity
  • Represent Ghanshyam Equipments LLP professionally at all times

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and not afraid to talk or approach new clients
  • Well-dressed, professional appearance
  • Clean background and responsible work ethic
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, or construction equipment is an added advantage
  • Ability to travel daily for field work
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
