About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Oracle ERP E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with proven expertise in Finance, Procurement, and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Financials functional roles, ensuring smooth business process integration, system optimization, and seamless user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle EBS Financials, Procurement, and Payroll modules.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional specifications.

  • Configure, test, and support Oracle EBS applications to meet business needs.

  • Lead implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and support activities within Oracle ERP.

  • Provide end-user training and develop documentation to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Work closely with technical teams (DBAs, developers) to resolve issues, optimize performance, and deliver business solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting, procurement, and payroll regulations in different geographies.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to critical system and process challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS Functional experience in Finance, Procurement, and Payroll modules.

  • Strong understanding of business processes in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Payroll.

  • Experience in Oracle ERP implementations, rollouts, or major upgrades.

  • Good knowledge of integration points with other Oracle EBS modules.

  • Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and system optimization.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud or EBS specialization) are a plus.
