Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courteous behavior when interacting with customers.
- Meet performance targets set by the company for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry or related field (Malayalam speaking candidates preferred).
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on domestic voice process/voice support roles.
- Basic computer knowledge required; proficiency in MS Office applications an added advantage.
