Job Description -

position - Engineering Coordinator

Location :- Nagpur

Experience - 2 to 5 yrs

Skills :- Boiler \ power point industry experience

Note - Immed Joiner or Maximum 15 days NP

Job Summary :

Personnel shall be responsible for managing and coordinating technical services. This includes scheduling service-related proposals, handling documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong understanding of services, excellent communication skills, and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Coordinate and scheduling of service proposal requests and technical support.

  2. Maintain and update limited-service records, customer information, and technical documentation.

  3. Assist in preparing service related techno-commercial proposals, service reports, and handle customer queries.

  4. Attention to details related to service jobs.

  5. Establish coordination and inform about workshop work related to service jobs.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)

  2. 02+ years of experience in a service coordination or technical support role.

  3. Strong understanding of technical services or engineering environments.

  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
