Job Description: IPQA Officer/Executive – OSD Formulation

  1. Perform in-process quality checks during granulation, compression, coating, and packing stages.

  2. Ensure line clearance before batch start-up, product changeover, and after breakdowns.

  3. Monitor critical process parameters as per approved BMR/BPR.

  4. Check environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) during operations.

  5. Verify in-process tests like weight variation, hardness, DT, friability, and appearance.

  6. Ensure GMP and GDP compliance on the shop floor.

  7. Review and verify documentation in manufacturing and packing records.

  8. Report and assist in handling deviations, OOS, and OOT results.

9.Provide on-job training to operators for quality and documentation practices.

  1. Support continuous improvement and maintain coordination with production and QC teams.
