Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and exposure to international taxation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using QuickBooks.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment scheduling.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, collections, and customer reconciliations.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and monthly close activities.
  • Assist in international taxation compliance, including withholding taxes, transfer pricing documentation support, and coordination with tax consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Support audits by providing required financial data and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants for accounting and tax-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
  • Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Working knowledge of international taxation (US, UK, or other global jurisdictions preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international clients or multi-entity accounting.
  • Exposure to GST, VAT, or other indirect taxes.
  • CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
