Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a College Lecturer in Food & Beverages, located in Mumbai. The College Lecturer will be responsible for teaching and evaluating students, preparing and delivering lectures and practical sessions, developing the curriculum, and guiding students on academic projects. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends, participating in faculty meetings, and contributing to the academic community within the college.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Food & Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, and related subjects
  • Strong teaching and curriculum development skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Master's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
