Business Development Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales by presenting company products/services to prospective clients and closing deals.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop strategies for business expansion.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and finalize contracts with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
