Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PPC Brand Manager to lead and oversee our paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale PPC accounts, driving brand visibility, and achieving measurable ROI. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and performance of all paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced PPC strategies to strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other paid channels.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and prepare detailed reports.
  • Manage budgets, forecast performance, and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and content teams to align paid efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Guide and mentor PPC executives to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in PPC campaign management and strategy.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social platforms.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach with advanced knowledge of campaign optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Google Ads and other PPC certifications will be an added advantage.
