We are looking for a Senior Manual Tester who is sharp, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality software products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications and data-driven products.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and exploratory testing across browsers and devices.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure coverage.
  • Log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide valuable insights to the development team.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile/Scrum team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in QA processes and standards.
Key Skills and Experience
  • 4 to 6 years of strong experience in manual testing of web-based applications.
  • Excellent understanding of STLC, test case design, bug lifecycle, and QA best practices.
  • Experience in testing BI/Analytics platforms, data visualizations, or enterprise SaaS products is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and testing.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Good understanding of cross-browser testing and responsive UI testing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of performance or security testing concepts.
  • Prior experience in product companies or startups.
