Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – PostgreSQL Database Administration

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in AWS & Azure PostgreSQL Cloud Database Administration
• Experience in installation and configuration of database, implementing high-availability solutions, setup monitoring tools, setup database security, optimizing resources, etc
• User Administration, Backup Management and Large Volume of Data Migration Techniques
• Comfortable in working on Open Source as well as commercial(EDB) PostgreSQL
• Expert in PostgreSQL database migrations from Oracle or MSSQL with the usage of various tools like Ora2PG, DMS services, etc
• Design, optimization, performance tuning including extensive knowledge of SQL scripting. - Help developers to optimize queries and database design
• Expertise in PostgreSQL architecture, database management, cluster, and Data center replication management in cloud environment, troubleshooting and monitoring, version upgrades

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Experienced

Preferred qualifications / Skills

Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
