Role & responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of top-tier talent.
  • Implement best practices for candidate experience to ensure a positive recruitment journey.
  • Assisting Lead HR on recruitment project Market research / employer branding

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for the Fintech / Payment industry, with a good understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding.

Good interpersonal skill and able to articulate mobileware business objective and values to the perspective candidates.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
