Aero Weaver

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aero Weaver, located in Bhopal. The Aero Weaver will be responsible for managing the weaving process including selecting appropriate yarns, setting up looms, and overseeing the production of textiles. The role requires ensuring quality control, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with the production team. The Aero Weaver will also provide training to new staff and manage volunteer workers as needed. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns related to textiles will be a core part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with textiles and yarn management skills
• Customer service and volunteer management skills
• Ability to train new staff
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in managing inventory is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in weaving or textile production
