1. 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭

Assist in preparing and verifying export & import documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bill of lading, letter of credit, etc.

Maintain accurate filing of all EXIM-related documents for compliance and audit purposes.

1. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Learn and adhere to customs regulations, DGFT policies, and other government guidelines.

Ensure documents are in line with statutory requirements to avoid delays or penalties.

1. 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫 & 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners for shipment schedules and requirements.

Support in handling queries related to import/export processes.

1. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

Maintain and update shipment data in ERP/Excel systems.

Assist in preparing MIS reports related to exports, imports, and logistics costs.

Work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams for smooth order execution.

Support the senior EXIM executives in day-to-day operations.
