Botanist / Plant Care Assistant (Full-time, On-site)

Compensation:
₹7,000/month
About Us:
Forest Studio Labs is a plant biotechnology startup working on tissue culture, conservation, and revival of rare and endangered plant species. We manage specialized greenhouses and plantations that need dedicated care and attention.
Role Overview:
We are looking for 3 committed team members
to join us in managing our greenhouses and plantations. This role is open to:
- Botany / Life Science graduates
who want to gain hands-on experience in plant biotechnology and tissue culture. - Local plant enthusiasts
(with or without formal education) who are passionate about working with plants and can commit to on-site daily work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for greenhouse and plantation plants: watering, nutrient management, pest/disease monitoring.
- Maintain growth records and daily reports.
- Assist in propagation and plant health management.
- (Preferred) Support basic tissue culture activities in the lab.
- Ensure greenhouse upkeep and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Background in Botany, Plant Science, Horticulture
or
practical experience/interest in plant care. - Passionate about plants, reliable, and willing to learn.
- On-site presence required every day.
- Tissue culture or greenhouse experience is a plus, but training can be provided.
