At Hashinclude, we're redefining what it means to code. Our Dubai-headquartered software studio is building high-impact digital and AI-powered products with a lean, passionate team. After adopting AI-assisted tools across our workflow, our core team has streamlined to 5 — small, agile, and fast.

We're now looking for a versatile developer who can code across mobile, web, and backend, loves to experiment with AI tools, and thrives in startup-like energy.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain full-stack projects using Flutter, modern web technologies, and scalable backend systems.
  • Experiment with AI development assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and others to accelerate and enhance your workflow.
  • Work on real-world AI-driven projects where speed, creativity, and precision matter.
  • Take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with a compact, high-momentum team that values problem-solving over process.

We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of strong project experience (personal or freelance is fine).
  • Proficiency in Flutter (must).
  • Understanding of full-stack development concepts (frontend, APIs, backend).
  • Ability to use AI coding tools effectively and adapt to new ones.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Passion for continuous learning and independent execution.
  • Attitude to move fast, own outcomes, and grow with the team.
