Good-to-HaveHands on experience working on ServiceNow CMDBRole descriptions / Expectations from the RolePublisher onboarding & ELP creation in Flexera tool for all publishers
Review compliance position for the onboarded publishers and take action in order to be compliant
Review license contracts & maintenance agreements and respond to compliance audits
Manage inventory alerts in flexera and prepare reports to show the inventory accuracy
Manage license true up & reconciliation
Manage unlicensed, unmanaged & unauthorized installations
Manage integrations (VMware, ITAM, SaaS API)Manage issues related to flexera beacon servers & agent deployments
