About the Role
- Position: Associate (Bootcamp)
- Type: Train & Hire Full-time post-certification
- Start Date: 27th October 2025
- Job Location: Pune or Nagpur (Initial Training); Client sites: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad
- Work Model: In-person, MonSat for first 6 months (10 AM 6 PM)
Technologies You'll Work With:
Python, Data Engineering (Snowflake, DataBricks, Azure, AWS),
Power BI, MicroStrategy, Data Science
What You'll Get:
- 2–4 weeks of paid, immersive training
- Hands-on experience on real-time client projects
- Strong focus on SQL to crack technical rounds
- In-house product & tools training

What We Expect:
- Experience in relevant BI Tech Stack
- Excellent MS Office & Advanced Excel
- Analytical & problem-solving mindset
- Open to travel/relocation
- Bring your own laptop during training (NSS provides post-conversion)
Key Conditions:
- Assessments: All assessments must be successfully cleared to qualify for permanent employment.
- SLA: 1-year service agreement post training
- Offer: Full-time, on-roll employment post-certification
- Saturday work: Mandatory for first 6 months
- Salary: Paid in arrears, aligned with performance milestones
