Now, we have the below opening for Marketing Executive with our entity, Avenir Lifecare Pharma Pvt Ltd in Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Role & responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients: hospitals, pharmacies, and retailers to introduce our range of medical implants and healthcare products.

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers such as doctors, purchase managers, and pharmacists.

Promote products through face-to-face interactions, product demonstrations, and effective sales presentations.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through active client engagement and order fulfillment.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat orders.

Provide market feedback on customer needs, product improvements, and competitive activities.

Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth processing of orders and timely delivery.

Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales, and leads through CRM or other reporting tools.

Preferred candidate profile:

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical device sectors.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Target-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.

Familiarity with local market (Hyderabad) and ability to travel to various client locations within the city.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
