Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Alappuzha. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead the team to achieve financial goals. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, supervising staff, analyzing financial performance, and implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also play a key role in improving operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in financial services, operational management, and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of financial products such as gold loans and chits, along with regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services sector or managing a branch is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site and engage closely with staff and customers in Alappuzha
