Job Description
Candidate with 2-3 years of experience required for the role of Functional Consultant for our L2 team. The position is based out of Pune in Hybrid mode. Candidate should have good knowledge of MS SQL and has worked in a functional role in support organization.

Responsibilities
Candidate will be working on Requests raised by customers across the globe and should be able to support them during US EST and PST hours. 2 Days working from office is mandatory as part of the Hybrid work model.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience in customer support role.
