Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microbiologist, based in Kerala, India. The role involves conducting microbiological analyses, operating laboratory equipment, and implementing quality control measures to ensure adherence to standards. The Microbiologist will also play a key role in quality assurance processes, monitoring lab techniques, and maintaining accurate data records to support diagnostic and research work. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with medical staff and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, such as sample collection, testing, and analysis
• Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
• Experience in operating Laboratory Equipment used in microbiological diagnostics
• Strong understanding of Microbiology concepts, techniques, and applications
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain precise records
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or a related discipline
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is a plus
