We are now looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to join our high-growth journey and enable our sales-driven teams through impactful people and operations strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with PMs to track product performance and adoption.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and insights in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.
  • Analyze feature rollouts and their impact on user metrics.
  • Be the glue between data, product, and execution, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Contribute directly to decisions on what gets built and why and measuring success of features built.

Who You Are

  • At least 18 months of experience in product ops / data analysis.
  • Sharp with Excel, SQL basics, Looker Studio, or BI tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset, curious about how product features create business outcomes.
  • Ability to not only understand data but also how the data should be read with respect to the product/ the feature and the recent release.
  • A fast learner who enjoys being hands-on and solving problems in real-time.
