Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at CAMline Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for benefits administration, HR management, HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Hire a New candidate as per the Requirement

  2. Schedule Job interviews and contact candidates as needed.

  3. Publish and Remove job ads

  4. Update Employee Records with New hire information and changes.

  5. Maintain the Organizational chart and detailed job description along with salary records.

  6. Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.

  7. Prepare HR Documents, like employment contracts and a new hire guide.

  8. Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues and respond to their questions about benefits

  9. Maintain employees' Travel and accommodation dates with supporting documents.

  10. Maintain Salary Record & ESIC/PF data.

Requirements And Skills

  • 3+ years of Work experience as an HR & Admin officer or similar role.

  • Basic Knowledge of Labor Legislation

  • Organizational Skills

  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹34,111.92 per month
