Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer
with
3 to 5 years of experience
to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data visualization
techniques. You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

·      Connect and integrate data from various sources, such as SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.

·      Write efficient DAX formulas and queries to optimize report performance.

·      Design data models and implement row-level security (RLS) in Power BI.

·      Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

·      Optimize data refresh schedules and ensure dashboard performance tuning.

·      Work with ETL processes to clean and transform data for reporting needs.

·      Provide user training and documentation for self-service BI solutions.

·      Stay up-to-date with Power BI updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· to 5 years of hands-on experience
with Microsoft Power BI.

·      Strong knowledge of
DAX, Power Query (M language), and SQL
.

·      Experience in
data modelling, relationships, and calculated measures
.

·      Ability to work with
large datasets
and optimize report performance.

·      Hands-on experience with
Power BI Service, Workspaces, and App Deployment
.

·      Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to
analyze complex data sets
.

·      Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills.

Good to have:

·      Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
) is preferred.

·      Familiarity with
ETL processes, data warehousing, and OLAP concepts
.
