Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key analytics partner for business, product, and R&D teams, aligning projects with strategic goals.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Design and execute analytics projects, including quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, automated monitoring tools, and advanced data insights.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Leverage extensive first-party data to identify trends, predict behaviors, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Strategic Reporting: Create impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Innovation: Drive the use of advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning and predictive modeling, to enhance decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years as a Data Analyst (or similar role) in media, marketing, or a related industry
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, and Excel, with experience working with large datasets and big data tools (e.g., Vertica, Redshift, Hadoop, Spark). Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy).
- Analytical Expertise: Strong problem-solving skills, statistical modelling knowledge, and familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align data insights with business objectives, demonstrating creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, independent, collaborative, and results-driven with excellent communication skills in English.
