Charge entry-Fresher

Job description:

• Enter patient charges into the billing software based on source documents.
• Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific rules and CPT/ICD codes.
• Coordinate with the coding team for any discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per HIPAA guidelines.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce, Life Sciences, or related field).
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and billing concepts (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

• Full-time, office-based role.
• Training will be provided for systems and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
