Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging, brand-aligned content for our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social trends, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to create platform-specific content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, conceptualize, and create engaging content (videos, reels, GIFs, stories, graphics, photos, etc.) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Use AI and other technologies to generate content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities to integrate into content strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Write compelling captions, hashtags, and post copy to maximize engagement.
  • Shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos, including reels and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvements for future posts.
  • Engage with the community through comments, direct messages, and interactive content.
  • Assist in planning content calendars and scheduling posts using social media management tools.
  • Attend events, product launches, or shoots to gather live content.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred, not mandatory if experience is strong).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in creating content for social media platforms (portfolio required).
  • Proficient in design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar and tone.
  • Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
  • Knowledge of latest trends on social media
  • Creative mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in influencer collaboration and content co-creation.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
  • Understanding of brand storytelling and campaign execution.
