Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Accounts, located in Ernakulam. The Manager Accounts will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounting staff, overseeing daily accounting activities, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves budget management, financial analysis, and strategic planning for financial growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting
• Experience with financial analysis and strategic financial planning
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal guidelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in a senior accounting role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
