  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python + Selenium WebDriver.
  • Design and enhance automation frameworks (Pytest, Robot Framework, unittest, etc.).
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
  • Implement CI/CD-integrated automation using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Identify, track, and verify bugs using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
  • Participate in code reviews, improve automation standards, and ensure best practices.
  • Work with APIs and perform API automation using Python libraries (Requests, Pytest).
  • Analyze automation test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–6+ years of experience in QA Automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • Solid knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, XPath/CSS selectors, and automation design patterns.
  • Experience with Pytest, Robot Framework, or unittest.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with API automation (REST, Postman, Python Requests).
  • Exposure to Docker, cloud testing tools (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
  • Knowledge of BDD tools (Behave, Cucumber).
  • Performance testing basics (JMeter, Locust) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with database testing (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for quality.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
