  • Accounting Operations:
  • Daily accounting entries in Marg Software (Purchase, Sales, Payments, Receipts, Journal Vouchers)
  • Ledger creation and maintenance
  • Monthly closing of books
  • GST Compliance:
  • GST invoices creation
  • GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 preparation and filing
  • Input tax credit reconciliation
  • TDS Handling:
  • TDS deduction and payment
  • Quarterly TDS return filing
  • Form 16/16A issuance
  • Inventory & Stock Management:
  • Stock entries and adjustments in Marg
  • Physical vs software stock reconciliation
  • Purchase & sales reports generation
  • Bank & Cash Reconciliation:
  • Daily bank reconciliation in Marg
  • Petty cash handling and reconciliation
  • MIS & Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reports
  • Customized financial reports using Marg ERP
  • Audits & Compliance:
  • Coordinating with auditors for internal and statutory audit
  • Documentation and record keeping
  • Team Coordination:
  • Coordinate with purchase, sales, and inventory team
  • Guidance to junior accountants (if applicable)

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Marg ERP Software (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian Accounting Standards
  • MS Excel and general computer skills

Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure
  • Problem-solving attitude

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6 :40 PM | Monday to Friday | Saturday Half Day
