Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Solar Installer based in Bhuj, with some work from home permissible. The Lead Solar Installer will be responsible for overseeing solar installation projects, managing field teams, and ensuring the proper use of power and hand tools. The role involves hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar power systems, as well as ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Solar Power and working in the Solar Industry
  • Proficiency in installing and maintaining Solar Systems
  • Skilled in using Power Tools and Hand Tools
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in solar installation
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (onsite and remote)
  • Relevant certifications in solar installation and safety preferred
