Visko is a technology-driven company committed to building intelligent solutions that solve real-world problems. We're expanding our AI team in Indore and looking for a passionate AI Engineer with 1+ year of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI-powered applications.
  • Work with datasets to clean, preprocess, and prepare data for training and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate AI models into applications.
  • Support ongoing model tuning, performance tracking, and version control.
  • Research and experiment with new algorithms and AI tools to improve solution performance.
  • Maintain clear documentation of experiments, models, and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with ML model development or AI-based projects (internships or full-time roles).
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn.
  • Basic knowledge of deep learning using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or time series modeling.
  • Experience with Jupyter notebooks and version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Understanding of basic cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML workflows.
