About the Role

We are hiring 3 Sales / Business Development Managers to strengthen our client acquisition in India. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in garment manufacturing / apparel sales and be motivated by targets, incentives, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities


• Generate new business by acquiring India-based fashion/apparel brands.


• Build and manage relationships with sourcing heads, brand managers, and founders.


• Present Krazy Kreators's end-to-end services as a value-driven solution.


• Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.


• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, QC, logistics) for client servicing.


• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities.

Requirements


• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development (fashion, apparel, or textiles).


• Strong network of fashion brands or sourcing heads in India.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in garment manufacturing or related services.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Self-driven, ambitious, and performance-focused mindset.
