Job Description – Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns to generate leads, drive conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize ad campaigns for performance, ensuring high CTR, lower CPC, and improved ROAS.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids for best results.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
  • Create performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the design/content team to develop creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and policies in Meta & Google advertising.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, and funnel strategies.
  • Experience in managing budgets across multiple ad platforms.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (a plus).
