Job Description

We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher -NTT who can create a joyful classroom environment and ensure holistic development of early learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an engaging, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
  • Introduce foundational literacy, numeracy, and social skills
  • Maintain classroom discipline with a positive approach
  • Observe and monitor student progress
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development
  • Prepare teaching aids and participate in school events
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff

Eligibility Criteria

  • NTT / ECCEd / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Mandatory)
  • Graduation preferred
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for early childhood education
  • Prior experience as a Mother Teacher / Pre-Primary Teacher preferred
