Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports across different business functions
  • Analyze large volumes of data and present insights clearly and accurately
  • Generate performance dashboards and operational trackers
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and client meetings
  • Work closely with Operations, HR, and Management teams to support business needs through data
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks where possible using Excel tools or macros
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement through data analysis

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS or data reporting role
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros preferred)
  • Good knowledge of
    MS PowerPoint
    – must be able to create client-ready presentations
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with high data accuracy
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts between
    9 AM to 9 PM
    (9-hour shift including breaks)
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines
