Technical Training & Learning

• Participate in structured training programs focused on water and wastewater treatment technologies, including RO, UF, ETP, STP, and WTP systems.
  

• Gain an understanding of various treatment processes, system components, and operational workflows.
  

• Learn to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical design documents.
  

Site Exposure & Field Work

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of water and wastewater treatment systems at project sites.
  

• Monitor plant operational parameters and learn techniques for performance optimization.
  

• Support senior engineers during routine maintenance activities and emergency interventions.
  

Design & Engineering Support

• Contribute to the preparation of basic design calculations, equipment layouts, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  

• Assist in the development of technical documentation, including datasheets, equipment specifications, and system drawings.
  

• Collaborate with CAD teams and process engineers to support design and engineering tasks.
  

Project Execution Assistance

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely material delivery and project execution.
  

• Follow up on material dispatches, inspection reports, and project documentation.
  

• Support adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements at project sites.
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily and weekly logs detailing training progress, site activities, and key observations.
  

• Assist with documentation for project handovers, site visit reports, and regulatory compliance records.
