Role Description

We are looking for a Production Engineer who will take ownership of the build and assembly of our CNC machines. This is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. You will work closely with the design and R&D teams to ensure the machine is built as per specifications and meets quality standards.

This is a hands-on role focused on real machine building.

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹15000 to ₹25000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble CNC machines from base to final testing, using engineering drawings and BOM

  • Coordinate with the procurement team and vendors to ensure timely availability of parts

  • Perform alignment, calibration, and functional checks on machines

  • Ensure quality checks are followed during and after assembly

  • Document processes and suggest improvements for better efficiency

  • Work closely with the engineering team to implement design changes and feedback

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production floor

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering, or ITI certification

  • One to two years of experience in machine tool assembly or industrial machinery manufacturing

  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret technical specifications

  • Good hands-on skills in assembly, mechanical integration, and basic electrical systems

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Prior experience in a CNC machine tool assembly or production will be added advantage
