Job Title: Cloud Engineering and Automation Lead

Experience Required: 10–15 Years

Reports to: Director, Cloud Infra Engineering and Integration – Enterprise Technology Infrastructure

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering and Automation Lead to build and strengthen our global Public Cloud Engineering capabilities. This role will drive cloud migration initiatives across 60+ countries, manage engineering delivery, and establish secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage global Public Cloud Engineering capabilities.
  • Lead cloud migration projects across global entities.
  • Enhance cloud risk infrastructure, monitoring, and management capabilities.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support seamless infrastructure delivery.
  • Utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize workflows.
  • Drive automation, cost efficiency, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure security and compliance by working closely with information security teams.
  • Provide technical leadership, solution design, and vendor management.

Required Expertise

  • 10–15 years in Technology Infrastructure, with 5–7 years in Public Cloud (Azure/AWS).
  • Proven experience in Azure cloud design, engineering, and migration.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD (Jenkins) and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,500, ₹4,000,000.00 per year
