Reports To: Branch Manager / Financial Services Manager / Regional Head

Job Summary:The Financial Advisor is responsible for providing clients with sound financial guidance and solutions tailored to their goals and needs. This includes advising on investments, insurance, retirement planning, tax-saving options, and overall financial health. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for helping people make informed financial decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify clients' financial goals through meetings and consultations.
  • Recommend appropriate financial products and services (e.g., mutual funds, insurance, fixed deposits, retirement plans, tax-saving instruments).
  • Develop customized financial plans and investment strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to review portfolios and adjust strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and new financial products.
  • Build and grow a client base through cold calling, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree
  • Certification as a financial planner (e.g., CFP, AMFI, IRDA license) is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, or investment sales.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling client data.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and financial planning tools.
  • Working Conditions:Office-based with regular client meetings (in-person or virtual).
  • May require travel for client acquisition or servicing.
  • Flexible working hours depending on client availability.
  • Tax consultant , CA , loan agent retried employee or highly preferable
