Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Lead Software Engineer specializing in C++. The role includes designing, developing, and implementing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect efficient systems, and maintaining high-quality code. The Lead Software Engineer will also oversee project delivery timelines, provide mentorship to team members, and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering. The position requires frequent problem-solving and critical thinking to tackle complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Computer Science, including knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with a focus on scalable and robust systems.
  • Solid expertise in Programming, particularly in C++, and familiarity with additional programming languages is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application in software projects.
  • Leadership skills and experience mentoring development teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
  • Take primary ownership of architectural choices, ensuring alignment with business and user needs across platforms like Mac and Windows.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
