We're backed by advisors & strategic Investor (Ex Construction tech startup CEO) from the construction, logistics, and AI sectors.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join us at the ground floor. You'll work directly with the CEO, & IT Team and product leads to:Build the core product (frontend + backend) with high ownershipTranslate AI workflows and user problems into scalable softwareLead technical decisions and set up dev architectureOwn features end-to-end: from planning to deploymentShape engineering culture, code standards, and hiring as we growThis is a startup role fast-paced, ambiguous at times, but incredibly rewarding for someone who wants to build from scratch.Who are you3-4+ years experience as a full-stack engineer, ideally in early-stage startupsStrong knowledge of LLM, React, , Python, PostgreSQLComfortable working across AI/ML, frontend and backendExperience building scalable web apps from zero to oneProduct-minded: you care about why you're building somethingStrong communication and ability to work independentlyExperience with construction tech preferred.Bonus: German or other EU languagesHow we work?At BAU AI, we build for real-world impact with a bias for action, short feedback loops, and customer obsession.
