Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding individuals in selecting suitable academic programs and ensuring they make informed career and education decisions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people achieve their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and counselling to individuals regarding academic programs, courses, and training options.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable learning or career paths.
• Assist with inquiries, admissions, and enrollment processes.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure successful conversions.
• Keep updated information about courses, institutions, and career trends.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of counselling sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet admission and performance targets.
• Participate in marketing, promotional, and outreach activities when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling, sales, or customer relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and persuasive abilities.
• Good computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Goal-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
