KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning, Scheduling and Budget Tracking Work of the Projects.
  • Preparation of progress site reports and presentation to the management.
  • Shall be aware of the approvals, Tendering, contracting & negotiation process.
  • Detailed Estimation, BOQ Preparation and checking, Costing and Quantity Surveying.
  • Monitoring and Supervision of execution in line with the approved masterplan, BOQ and quality standards.
  • Inspection of materials in accordance with BOQ and Samples.
  • Coordination with Stakeholders-Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors
  • Checking and Certification of Bills.
  • Shall be able to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Responsible to plan execute and manage the MEP Facilities of projects including maintenance, repair operations and other value-added services.
  • Familiar with design, execution, and operation of STP
  • Adherence of EHS at Site
  • Properly maintaining Project Documents, Drawings, approvals.
  • Any other related works assigned by the management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferable Experience in planning and execution of Industrial Infrastructure Projects, PEB Buildings, Industrial Floorings, Office space.
