Job Description: Assistant Manager - Finance
- Managing daily operations, including accounting and cash flow management.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and analyze data.
- Manage collection and follow up with external stakeholders.
- Be compliant in all accounting processes.
- Monitoring and reviewing the expenses, payments and invoices.
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- MIS & Data management
- Verification of all key deal terms (Agreement Amount, Tenure, Interest Rate etc.)
- Tally or other software working skills
- Handled team of minimum 2 members and interacted with inter departments.
- Candidates preferred - Mumbai
Competencies:
- MIS
- Advance Excel
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters's degree in accounting or related field
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience as accountant
