Job Description:

  • Work with the financial due diligence led to develop, maintain, and track a comprehensive, non-redundant list of diligence questions and requests for sellers, tailored to the specific business line and deal requirements.
  • Analyze and understand the business line to modify, add, or remove questions and requests as necessary to ensure relevance and completeness.
  • Collate, map, and upload financial data from sellers or merger partners into defined templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Go beyond simple data entry by understanding the context and presentation of financial numbers.
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights
  • Identify and address any discrepancies or differences in data formats and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and support decision-making processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support the M&A team.
