  • Perform the Sr. Engineer role for Life safety and security.
  • Detail knowledge of relevant standards such as NFPA, FMG, IBC, IFC, IS, NBC, BS.

  • Preparing a list of detailed deliverables like project schedules, concept design documents, tender documents, and budgets etc...
  • Submit concept design to client and architect for their review Coordination with clients, and design team on gathering inputs and requirements.
  • Preparation of list of drawings, manhour estimation
  • Site visit and input gathering
  • Discuss with senior engineers and principal consultants on the design requirements.
  • Development of job-specific quality checklists
  • Co-ordinate with Architect for approval of drawings
  • Support the financial performance of projects.
  • Support the development of business strategies and digital innovations.
  • Release the tender to various vendors
  • Preparation of hydraulic calculations through SpinkCalc software
  • Preparation of Pump room layout
  • Design reaction and GSS system
  • Clarify the technical issues at the site, and support the clients for project execution.
  • Coordinate with other service engineers and plan the design
  • Develop organizational assets on a timely basis.
  • Support to develop training material specific to the Fire protection system
  • Develop design standards/documents for Fire protection system
  • Plan the project deliverables and ensure on-time delivery
  • Interaction with customers, fulfilling customer requirements, and maintaining customer relationships.
Required Skills:
  • Qualification: B.E / Dip (Mech)
  • Software Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office
  • Experience: 4 - 6 Years
