Paraplanner / Administrator – Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented

We're looking for a proactive and meticulous individual to join our financial planning team in a hybrid
Paraplanner/Administrator

role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on self-learning, enjoys working with technology, and wants to be part of shaping the future of our back-office systems and business.

• Tech Enthusiast & Self-Learner
• You'll be comfortable navigating our tech stack and have a genuine interest in learning new systems independently. We value curiosity and initiative—someone who can absorb training materials, video tutorials, and documentation to become proficient across our platforms.
• Detail-Oriented & Organised
• Accuracy is essential. You'll be responsible for data entry, document management, and supporting the paraplanning process, so a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach are crucial.
• System Implementation Contributor
• Over time, you'll play a key role in helping us implement a new back-office system. This will involve testing, feedback, and helping shape workflows—ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes and being part of change.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with paraplanning tasks including research, report preparation, and compliance checks
• Maintain accurate client records and data entry across platforms
• Support the team with administrative duties and client communications
• Learn and master our tech stack through self-guided resources
• Contribute to the rollout and optimisation of a new back-office system

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in financial services is helpful but not essential
• Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
• Self-motivated, with a desire to grow and take ownership of learning
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to get involved

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced UK Paraplanners
  (ready-to-deploy profiles preferred)
• OR
• CFP certification
  is highly preferred
• Minimum Experience
  : 2+ years
• Immediate joiners
  will be given priority
