We're looking for a Social Media Manager Intern to help spread the word, connect with our audience, and build a thriving, engaged online community.

If you love finding what's trending, experimenting with ideas, and sparking conversations, this role is for you. You'll work across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), Threads, Facebook, and our WhatsApp community—creating content, replying to comments, and making sure our presence feels fresh, relevant, and full of life.

What You'll Work On

1. Manage and update Roobaroo's social media content calendar
2. Spot and adapt trending content formats (reels, posts, memes, carousels)
3. Write hooks, captions, and CTAs that grab attention and spark engagement
4. Reply promptly to comments, DMs, and community queries
5. Comment on relevant posts, groups, and threads to grow visibility
6. Test and tweak hashtags, formats, and posting times for better reach
7. Suggest and try out "virality hacks" for organic growth
8. Work closely with our founder and team to bring fresh campaign ideas to life

Who We're Looking For

1. Students or fresh graduates from marketing, communications, psychology, humanities, or creative fields
2. Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, visuals, videos, and automations
3. Knows how to make a reel, post, or tweet feel
   share-worthy
4. Enjoys interacting with people online and building communities
5. Strong understanding of: Trending content formats, viral post patterns, and social media algorithms. Tools like Veo, MidJourney, Runway, Google AI Studio, Canva AI, VO.AI, Pika Labs, Descript, CapCut, VN
6. Obsessed with growth metrics, reach, engagement, shares, saves
7. Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills
8. Proactive, structured, and creative mindset

Bonus if you have:

1. Existing influencer/creator network for collabs
2. Have grown a social media channel to 10k+ engaging followers
3. Prior experience managing creator networks or digital communities
4. Knowledge of automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Airtable)
5. Interest in edtech, wellness, or youth-led initiatives
